Viewers only can view the workspace or a specific project, attach files and comment on projects/tasks - recommend to clients or general project stakeholders. Paid users (Team members) can have work assigned to them and are taken into account in our Intelligent Planning Algorithm. They can view, edit, modify and even delete tasks or particular settings. You can always set what each paid user has access to in the Permissions settings.

Workspace is where your team, projects, tasks, and everything you need to manage your work are. You can have multiple projects with different responsible teams in the same workspace. For instance, manage the permissions of specific project to allow only one particular group to view and work on it.

You can access Planless on your mobile or tablet browser. The app has an optimized version for mobile screens, and you'll be able to perform the major actions and track your work there.

Yes, just go to your Settings, click on Subscription, and Manage your subscription.

No, only the files attached count against your storage. You have unlimited tasks on Planless, independent of your plan.

You won't be able to upload new files. To set some free space, delete files attached from tasks. We recommend doing it from old tasks; use the filter and search system to help you.
